"looks nice, but a bit fiddly"
i ordered some window film from Purlfrost and the design is really nice. delivery was fine too, no issues there. applying it was a bit more awkward than i expected though, and i ended up with a few bubbles that were annoying to smooth out. it does the job overall, just wasn’t quite as easy as i’d hoped.

"Nice bit of privacy but still bright"
Got this Purlfrost film for our front room window mainly because people walking past could pretty much see straight in, which was getting a bit annoying. It’s done the job really well, now it feels way more private without making the window look odd or anything.
It still lets a good amount of daylight through too, so the room hasn’t gone all gloomy, which I was a bit worried about. Putting it on took a little fiddling about and some patience, but once it was up it looked tidy enough. Happy with it all round.

"Refund was easy enough"
I accidentally ordered the wrong film, so I sent it back and the refund came through quickly. Customer service got back to me fast as well, which made the whole thing a lot simpler than I was expecting.

"Bright, private, and exactly what we wanted"
We put this film on our front window because we wanted a bit more privacy without making the room feel dark, it’s been great. It was straightforward to apply, and the amount of light it still lets in is brilliant.
I was slightly worried it might make the room feel gloomy, but not at all. It stays lovely and bright during the day, just with much less of that feeling that people can see straight in from the street. Really pleased with it!

"Super easy to use"
I found what I was looking for quickly and the site was easy to get around. The measuring info was clear, which was a big help because I wasn’t totally sure at first. Checkout was simple too. it just worked...

"Looks great, but took a bit of tweaking"
It looks really nice once it’s on, the finish definitely has a professional feel. Getting it fitted was a little tricky, though. Took some fiddling and adjusting, but in the end it came together well.

"Samples Sounded Better Than They Were"
They made it seem like there would be plenty of samples to choose from, but once I actually got them, the options felt limited. A few were okay, but most weren’t really useful for what I needed. Kind of disappointing when the reality doesn’t match what was promised.

"Came off clean"
I was pleasantly surprised that it came off without leaving a sticky mess behind. It was really easy to remove, though I did take my time with it just to be safe. Overall, happy with how clean it was.

"Still seems to be holding up after a year"
It’s been up for a little over a year now, maybe closer to 13 months, and the edges still look good. I did notice one tiny bubble, but it hasn’t gotten worse or anything. I kept thinking it might start peeling by now, but so far it’s still holding up well.

"Showed up sooner than I thought"
I ordered from purlfrost and was surprised by how quickly it arrived . I had it in my head that it would take a few more days , but it turned up earlier than expected .
Everything was packed fine and the whole thing was really easy . No fuss at all , and I’d happily order again just based on how fast it got here .

"Custom size fit perfectly"
I ordered the window film in a custom size and it actually fit just right. I was a bit nervous I’d measured it wrong, but it came exactly how I asked. Putting it up was easy too. The only thing is I’m still not totally sure how well the quality will hold up over time, but so far it looks good.

So... my order didn’t arrive when I expected it to, which was frustrating at first. It took a bit of back and forth to get things sorted, but customer service did respond and they fixed the issue in the end, so fair enough. The product was fine once it finally arrived, I just wish the whole process had been a bit smoother. 3 stars from me.

so I was actually surprised by how many designs Purlfrost had. There were plenty of simple frosted options, but also some patterned ones too, which made it feel like there was a bit more choice than I expected.
The only downside is that there’s almost too much to browse through, and a few designs felt similar after a while. I did find one I liked in the end, but it definitely took longer than I planned. Overall, still a decent experience.

"Quick and easy when I was in a hurry"

"Pretty easy to put up"
I’d say it went on a lot easier than I expected. There were barely any bubbles, maybe a couple tiny ones, and it looked good pretty much right away

"Guess I’ll be ordering from them again"
I ordered some window film from them before, and surprisingly, it wasn’t a nightmare to fit. It actually looks good, so when I finally get around to doing the other windows, I suppose I’ll be coming back to them.
